ComfortCare Essentials — Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used incontinence products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chuckkellington@yahoo.com and we will send a replacement at no charge.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
